DOSTINEX :
DOSTINEX is the drug with the greatest pro-sexual potential since Viagra hit the market in 1998. But it's very different from Viagra. Dostinex tablets contain the active ingredient cabergoline, which is a type of medicine called a dopamine agonist. Cabergoline works by mimicking the activity of a substance in the brain called dopamine.
DOSTINEX decreases the production of prolactin from the pituitary gland by acting on dopamine receptors found on the pituitary gland. A further use of Dostinex is to reduce prolactin production from a type of tumour of the pituitary gland, called a prolactinoma.
DOSTINEX can cause a drop in blood pressure when you first start treatment, and this may cause dizziness or fainting. Dostinex is mainly used to treat disorders that result from high levels of the hormone prolactin in the blood. Prolactin is produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. DOSTINEX Tablets are indicated for the treatment of hyperprolactinemic disorders, either idiopathic or due to pituitary adenomas. DOSTINEX Tablets, for oral administration, contain 0.5 mg of cabergoline. Inactive ingredients consist of leucine, USP, and lactose, NF.
DOSTINEX is a white powder soluble in ethyl alcohol, chloroform, and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF); slightly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid; very slightly soluble in n-hexane; and insoluble in water.
The recommended dosage of DOSTINEX Tablets for initiation of therapy is 0.25 mg twice a week. Dosage may be increased by 0.25 mg twice weekly up to a dosage of 1 mg twice a week according to the patient's serum prolactin level.
Dosage increases should not occur more rapidly than every 4 weeks, so that the physician can assess the patient's response to each dosage level. If the patient does not respond adequately, and no additional benefit is observed with higher doses, the lowest dose that achieved maximal response should be used and other therapeutic approaches considered.

CABERGOLINE DOSTINEX :
Cabergoline Dostinex is a dopamine agonist. Dopamine is a chemical, found in the brain, which transmits nerve impulses and is involved in the formation of epinephrine. More likely than not, this is why the Life-Extentionistas are very big on this drug. Dopamine is also released by the hypothalamus, and hormone can inhibit the release of prolactin from the anterior lobe of the pituitary, so given all the bad things that we have already seen to be a result of excess. If you use anabolic steroids, Dostinex will help you reduce the chance of any of these prolactin related side-effects.
